Well we are now in December and to quote an earlier post -
An exclusivity period announced as part of the September agreement lapses on Dec. 3, Nufarm spokesperson Robert Reis said. “The objective would be to, if possible, conclude the transaction implementation agreement by that date,” he said.
This means that Nufarm would want something firmed up by Thursday. Looking at the share price the market seems a bit on edge as to whether anything will happen by this date. Could be an interesting week.
