I would have to agree with frader although I won't pretend I know a lot about PNO's developments because I really don't.

I'm invested in OBJ and if there's one thing I've learnt over the years about true company making announcements it is that anyone in the know takes their positions at least 6-12 months before big rallys.

Spec stocks will usually always appear to the market very neglected leading up to the big surprise day imo.
