    a 100,000 buyer for vrlpa is slowly increasing his bid... parked at 2.20, moved to 2.21, then yesterday 2.23 and today ... bingo , there at 2.25 and still no sellers! Crescent deal will be finalised soon then expect announcement on buyback or dividend! My theory only. Cheers
