    I say no chance of a div.
    30% chance of buy-back as soon as deal finalised.
    50% chance of buy-back at some later stage
    20% chance of nothing/something else.

    Anyone know the latest with the court case - I heard it had finished about a month ago? so I guess waiting for judge's decision?
