re: deal complete ! sorry, deal complete meant the crescent deal was finalised. This means the company is free to make a move. Personally I think a dividend will be declared ...it was reported that vrc needed the cash ... so why not ! As for a buyback I reckon the company will eventually be privatised so expect more buybacks. My opinion only, take care !
