Also note how the volume dropped off as PRR ran up.
This is what I was illuding to the other day when I said as it becomes more tightly held, the volume will drop off a bit as less shares are actually put up for sale. But it won't stop em buying IMO, they'll just have to pay more like in PRR's case.
