If you are keen multi just canvass the top 20.
The low ball cap raise didn't make it over the line, therefore there are probably plenty in the top 20 who have had a gut full and want out.

We'll know soon how capable the new CEO is by the annual numbers and the division he headed up.
If he couldn't turn around just one division, he can't turn around three.

The board were keen to place him, paid a premium and therefore the results should be good and no doubt his division led the charge.
This is of course working on the assumption the board is effective & competent. (will also be able to review the board changes based on this!)
