The only people that don't think BDR is manipulated are the ASIC regulators. After many complaints from many investors there is still stony silence from ASIC. Now the Government is stripping funding from ASIC the manipulators will have free reign to do even worse than they have been doing. I think a lot of retail investors will be pulling out of the ASX as it no longer is a level playing field.
Take a look at BDR the CHX buys at 61c and sells at 61.3c all day long and this is trading within the range that retail investors can trade in, retail investors cannot trade in fractions of a cent other that 0.5c
