MacBank is gone from its role of torturing the company and will no longer have access to inside info which could be used for shorting BDR.

BDR's share price will now become more volatile with the movements of the price of gold as it is fully exposed to its movements.

I wonder why they did not specify the amount of loans now outstanding with the new lender? I suppose this is a lot less than the $60m credit facility. This info will be available in the June quarterly report next month.

First dividend may have to wait until the second half of 2015 if they expand their exploration program significantly.

Today's price action will be interesting. Final day for EOFY selling and new market info to possibly spice things up a bit.
