    AustSino Resources Group Ltd (ANS or the Company) would like to provide this update to
    shareholders.
    ANS is pleased to advise that ANS and Sundance Resources Limited (Sundance) have now
    agreed to a Bill of Costs order such that Sundance must now pay a sum of $595,000 to ANS
    within 14 days (by Feb 6th 2024) to reimburse ANS for its reasonable costs in relation to
    complying with the Pre-Discovery Action that was instigated back in October 2021.
    This agreement now signals the completion of this pre-action discovery application.
