"Confirmation Sundance have paid agreed sum under Bill of Costs Order The Company announced on January 25, 2024 that ANS and Sundance Resources Limited (Sundance) have now agreed to a Bill of Costs order such that Sundance must now pay a sum of $595,000 to ANS within 14 days to reimburse ANS for its reasonable costs in relation to complying with the PreDiscovery Action that was instigated back in October 2021. The Company confirms that the funds have been received."
