Close of Rights Issue

Coda Minerals Limited (“Coda” or “theCompany”) is pleased to announce that further to the announcement made on 17^thJuly 2020 the entirety of the remaining shortfall shares under the Rights IssueProspectus dated 8^th June 2020 has now been placed with sophisticatedinvestors. In addition to the shortfall shares, an additional placementequating to 10% of the total number of shares to be issued under the prospectushas also been made.

The results of the rights issueshortfall shares and subsequent placement are as follows:

The shortfall shares and theadditional placement were issued at the same price as the Rights Issue andShortfall Offer (i.e. $0.10 per share).
