my view is management does not dictate share price in the short term the market does.

A 6% yield fully franked on an nta of $1.40.
is a div of 8.4 cents. fully franked this is 12 cents before tax.

this is a 12.7% return net of tax in an allocated pension
at a share price of 94 cents.

Plus you are buying an asset at A 50% Discount to asset backing. CTN has had it problems and the market may not recognise its value. But i do.

My view;
I am a disappointed frustrated but hopeful shareholder.

i think in the short term the company can't do much more.
You would of had insto's and larger shareholders who are overweight the stock because they bought at 87 cents.
This is an issue they should bring in a rule no more capital raisings until the share price nta gap closes (this i do have an issue with)


The nature of the share market is people like to buy things that have gone up they feel good about(like Argo).

Very few people recognise value when they see it.

When CTN have paid dividends for 12 months people will be able to see a 12% gross yield and this may spark some interest.

Inthebalck in one of your posting i thought you mayde a very good point. You buy ARGO with the view not sell.
If you do the same with CTN all you should be interested in is NTA and distributions share price is not relevant.
