Look at the Plat. 4 wells / 1 pad/ 350ft spacing ("40 acre"). OK, so short laterals, but that is because of the size of the lease unit.
A successful closer spacing result is a foregone conclusion. They have been designing their drilling on the basis of closer spacing for months. Those that can't be bothered to look at the RRC site and follow the drilling applications have to wait to be told this
