it has been moving that way for a few quarters now which is positive in itself. However, I fail to see how informing the market that they have 'potential' significant revenue earning contracts on the horizon. Who really cares unless they have been signed considering if I look back over the last year and a bit's worth of anns thay have consistently painted this languishing SP and company outlook as a Mona Lisa.


Anyone else care to pass on their opinion or are these the ravings of a frustrated man???
