re: **close to break out today I can't see a pull back today. This has been a very solid buying activity. No doubt the notice regarding permits and drilling will give impetus.
Holding both RTM and DYL I regard DYL as having the best upside. RTM seems to have many "skeletons in the cupboards". The seem to appear at the most inappropriate times.
Of course nothing in this world is surer than death and taxes and I may be totally wrong in my assessment.
