You can apply online and not wait for the snail mail. Just need your HIN and account name details. With the "overs" you just multiple your rights allocation by 50% (assuming applying in for full overs ) and remit the money for the 1 for 4 rights PLUS the overs money. Once the final allocation of overs is calculated they will remit the money for overs that you have paid for but were not allocated.
