The real story. I would've thought that obvious!!

Julia Gillard, John Howard, George Bush and Crusty the clown had a very secret meeting the other day. They invited all the really important people from ACL, DRL, FDA and as many other acronymous places they could think of. They all made a pact to make sure that ACL and only ACL was delayed until December 2946 until approval would be granted. They then put out all this mis-information along the lines that approval was imminent for the purpose of turning as many people as possible into nervous wrecks.
