Thanks all, I wouldnt consider any other loan, margin is best because of tax break on interest. Lowest by far.
If I get called on Monday its definitely a sell now. Consensus is never pay in. Ive just done the numbers and If I can get out at $20 I take a vary small profit and Ive had the dividends. That will clear the loan completely and leave 500 Westpac and some QBE in there for the long run back. I will buy back into ANZ when we see a bottom and crawl back.
How bloody low can ANZ go? I had a nightmare last night that I stayed in all the way down to $5 :-(
