There is no floor to it.
When the market gets caught in a downward spiral people will sell stock just for the sake of selling it.
Wait for a bottom to form, wait for the stock to start rising and don't second guess it.
Otherwise you will be out by $5 bucks or so and have a crap entry and be at the markets mercy.
