imo,when it comes to Maari,it is important to remember the Drilling acheivements in the time frame they had using the Ensco 107.The Manaia well was a Directional Drilling record for NZ of 7+ Kms.
Also when you look at the cross section through both fields,there is a large known oil resevoir directly under Maari that in yet to be tapped and also one similar to the M2A sands directly above Manaia,net alone the potential near by,meaning Maari has the potential to pump high flows of oil for much longer than Tui before flow decline sets in.
Maari and the surrounding area will be a good cash cow for many years to come for Cue.
Manaia should be flowing this Qtr.
