can it really go into administration without attempting a cap raise? surely some effort legally has to be made? options include asset sales for real not pretend, stock issue, loan options etc, one of these guys will likely end up in jail, nexus have too many smart shareholders to get away with this, maybe 7 may have better luck befriending little old ladies and getting them to sign over their deeds, this mob are low enough to give it a go.
