I think that whilst this company does have a future. Its still going ok. The problems in the UK and how they were represented to the market have had a massive and serious detrimental impact on shareholders. This impact could last a while. In my view the company needs now to be managed in a way to prepare it for sale. Either Chris Morris should take it private or his cornerstone investment should be basis for a full buyout by a third party. Macquarie Bank has recently invested in this space. Anyway for me how the problems in the UK were presented to the market killed the shareholders and the company should be trying to find a buyer to buy it out. Im happy to stay for the long term but this could be a very slow process and SPZ being integrated into a bigger player could be better for the business in the future.
