Sadly, due the ongoing, continuing poor health and hospitalisation of Terry Hogan, together with the changed Capital Adequacy Rules of Australian Securities Exchange due to commence on the 1st January 2009 and the sudden unexpected and unexplained departure last Friday of a key employee who was to become a part owner of the Firm in the new calendat year, we have made a decision in the best interest of all concerned to cease trading and the close of business today, Monday 22nd December 2008.
We are having discussions with other participant members of the ASX in providing assistance to our clients and an opportunity of employment to our client advisers.
Settlement of outstanding transaction will continue to take place in the normal way and our staff will be available to assist you in regarding to any new arrangements that you may require.
