If you notice I corrected that before you posted, but good to see it move up some. Maybe US sellers who sold to lock in tax losses will be buying back in over the start of the new year, depending on the date of the sale. The US has a "wash" rule [To claim that capital loss, you have to "lock in" the loss by selling the stock and then keep your mitts off it for 30 days.]
