Hey Tilley
Chart-wise, it looks to be forming a base here, with a breakout above $1.60 giving us the target of $2, at which point I will consider exiting. The appointment of Monier, and the take-out of Anvil by Malachite, suggests to me taht MWE may now be in play.
What is your opinion regarding the low level of trading/liquidity in the stock.....will this make it more susceptible to takeover, or less?
If management (4%) and Pacific Road (14%) are amenable to an offer, there is another 20% in Malachite's hands, they are well on their way to gaining control.
Pacific Road in particular I would imagine will be happy to realise a profit on their investment only a couple of years ago.
