Judge......the con note issue QTK have done ought to be viewed with what is happening at QTK.

NOT in isolation.

The funds were raised to fast track South Africa.

And to date South Africa is way ahead of schedule in its rollout.

Con notes are simply another financial instrument companies use to raise funds quickly.

KZL is now a S&P rated company and it raised funds through a con note.

QTK through its con note have actually done better in relative terms then KZL did at the time.

BTW......the con notes holders of QTK have NO security.

The note was raised with NO security at all.

Check the facts before you post on the con note again.
