Those planning to sell at 38/39 cents for a quick 50% profit may be lowering their sell target now for less and grabbing a quick 40% instead. Sell side volumes are highest I have seen for several weeks suggesting IMO this is going lower ST. Just need our Japanese friends to jump start the planned first reactor very soon and things will swing back our way. Looking a bit shaky until the Japanese give us our next sugar hit. I hold PDN.
