Eastern Europe is struggling big time. I have never seen Vaci Utca in Budapest so quiet. You can now buy a nice two bedroom apartment on Vaci utca for 18M HUF, down from about 25M when I was here at Christmas. Eastern Europe has not seen the bottom in my opinion and that will affect Western Europe big time. It is not good news for Euroports. I would like to see BBI sell 100% of Euroports even if they just break square or suffer a small loss of circa 10%. It's a weight around their neck.
