If I was trading my parcel as you do yours, the price would rise much slower, we have all seen what a big seller does to the price. Also, if I sold my parcel, I would struggle to get it back without paying a huge sum in trade costs.............then I would owe the Tax man hundreds of thousands of dollars...........hence, the best strategy for me is go fishing LOL If I traded a smaller parcel which is much easier to do, I would be deemed a trader not an investor..........either either or, I just need to sit.
But, I do understand you situation. Except of course how one minute your telling people to buy and then you have no sentiment.............its your trading game. You also need the money, you have a baby...........how is that going???????...........see I dont need mine, its just a bit of fun for me. No debt, what a feeling
