No confirmation no deal - no site visit according to his email correspondance = no deal without visit woud you buy an asset without inspection and valuation in a business environment ?
I wouldnt and unless you a day trader trading the momentum this stock appears to be overvalued and a dud - now plough why are you avoiding negative realistic non biased discussion on this stock ? unless you have a biased reason to only discuss the positive elements of this stock
