Good post propunter, just like to add to this, since one of the condition of debt restructure is paying off 250mil debt by Mar 2011, so I would imagine they may raise equity for any shortfall expected for 250mil debt payout. May be they will have to raise as little as 150mil. We can probably expect 50% dilution if equity is raised at 15cents post Feb 2010 results. After 2010, income is going to increase as legacy contracts run out and I am sure we can expect gas & electricity prices increasing which will add more income.
