15,000 out of 1m advised clients incorrectly charged with a make good cost of $4.7m according to Morgan Stanley. I am not sure the quantum of fines, loss of mandates or reputational loss but it is a fraction compared to the big 4's $200m.
Why exactly do you expect them to suspend the dividend?
