I don't believe there is a floor. A worst case - they could go under (I don't think they will).
I would expect many companies who have their default super with AMP to change that. I would expect massive outflows over the next year. I would expect them to lose a lot of business and staff, along with their customers, from these scandals. Who would buy a new life insurance contract with them?
This is a business with high fixed costs where small losses are magnified.
They are also already cashflow negative. ie, They already borrow to pay their dividend.
