What I'm getting at is if it becomes legal for recreational use and legal to grow, why would people spend hundreds of dollars on regulated prescriptions rather than giving it a go themselves and joining up with the community. Potentially seed suppliers will most likely benefit hence MGC involvment introducing a seed library. Growing tobacco has always be illegal which I foresee the same happening with marijuana once big companies legally start rolling out products that protects their financial boost from any legal claims against them 5 years from now.
What I'm getting at is if it becomes legal for recreational use...
