    Hi Marmaduke

I agree the next step for CFU is definately actual sales.

I am though trying to understand the EON relationship.

In 2009 the idea was that 100,000 units would be bought from 2012 subject to the development program.

Now in Nov 11 it appears (can someone confirm this for me) that the 2009 agreement has now been superceded by a new agreement to participate in the JTI announced 28 Nov 11.

Does this mean the 100,000 units are now "off" until further testing in the JTI?

Is does still say the next step once the Product Development Agreement is completed during 2012 that the next stage is to negotiate and sign a Product Supply Agreement for commercial products.

This would include it seems pricing and firm order volumes.

I'm trying to get an understanding from people with a longer history in this other than me whether or not this means that hopefully at some point in 2012 there will be announcement with EON for "hopefully" an order of or more than 100,000 units?

Or am I being optimistic here? I'd love the thoughts of those with a balanced opinion here, especially timeframe considerations on how long this additional testing may take.

Anyone with thoughts it would be appreciated.

    Cheers

    Hevlet
