    It actually might have a shorter closing out...

    ZFX now have 11.7% of AGM even with having to hand back LST shares overnite.

    Once LST accepts (and they will) this will give ZFX close to 17% and it will then just a matter of time.

    I think ZFX will offer one more extenstion to the bid til 22/3/08 and that will be it...

    The chances of another bid arriving is getting slimmer as each day passes by.
