Another record day for Tox. With the acquisition Tox is at least a $2 dollar stock. The likely upside in earnings will see it re-rated higher IMHO.
This time 2 years ago the first turn-a-round was forecast by the company and brokers.
Since then 2-3c preconsolidation Tox has been an eight to ten bagger. Go Tox.
