Closed for 2 days in a row now over the 200 day moving average. I just hope it doesnt do what it did in January.

They're in the right sector for growth imo......land/development/housing......big demand.

27 million shares still to be bought back by the company.

Debt......still working that one out so I wont guess....

Last I read NTA was around $1.12
