Based on the price ALB paid for 50% of Wodinga of $1.61 Billion Aus for approx 3749 kt LCE resource and plant, 49% of PLS's 7089 kt LCE and plant would be valued approx $1.5 Billion Aus. With the MIN plant once commissioned larger than PLS's stage 1. My estimate is $1.2 Billion Aus for access to 49% of the Li resource.
After the ALB/MIN deal goes through, PLS will hold the largest Li resource on the ASX, a slice of that resource could come at a premium.
