    Woudn't be that the supposed aquisition did not materialized. KRL intend to bring out the news of the aquisition with the placement at the same time to soften the impact of the not so good news.

    ooppp !!! if that is the case, the bucks did not went into good use at this instant.

    It is only my speculation.
