Due to a rule humbly proposed by m'self and seconded by mustaine, for the purpose of the comp, only the first tip at a particular value counts. For example if someone bids -10 and later somebody else bids -10 as well, and the DJIA closes -10, the first bidder takes the cup.

Also to keep this sustainable, may I suggest somebody kick off the comp if an opening post has not been done by 8:00 PM AEST?
