A case between PLL and their former US partners, APAC, over the money which Poltech have been claiming from the state of Hawaii, has been arbitrated in favour of APAC, according to the Lycos (US) Raging Bull forum. This is revenue which PLL took into their accounts for the 2001-02 year, but of which they have yet to see any money. Now it looks as if that might never happen. It is not clear whether there will still be some money for PLL, but it sure looks like a big hit, at a time when it can least be afforded. Could be interesting to see what the auditors do with the accounts this year.
