My early pick was 35M and i hope your right, but my closest to the pin call is 29.

29 in hand would be on the low side, however VDM appeared eager to divest and the seller will respond accordingly with a tight offer (unless it's an excellent fit).

The two companies are likely to know each other because of the exclusivity agreement and it's now up to ego's behind closed doors.

At the end of the day, circa 52m offer is breakeven to achieve book of ~26. (very, very low side)

Don't mind the strategy to divest at the right price and focus on getting margins back along with profit.
(Revenue alone means little)
