Please respect the purpose of this thread. It is not to comment on the merits of the court case as there are plenty of others already doing that.

This thread is for people who have enough confidence in their research skills to state what they believe the settlement amount will be and the subsequent effect that will have on the respective share prices of CHM and MMX.

It should also be remembered that the cost of participation is a case of Crown Larger to the winner so if you are simply interested in shooting your mouth off please go elsewhere.

Having noted turville?s comment about the trading halts I would be amendable to a change in rules. I propose that if there is no trading after the announcement we base the share price on the closing price of the first day that trading recommences. This change would need to be accepted by all who participate.
