technically yes, they can appeal if they feel they have grounds (which knowing them they would always think to be the case), problem for CHM is an appeal would cost money, which they don't have unless they get more funding on board. Given that a FC judge has handed down a judgement which is pretty clear cut, chances of anyone putting up their cash on the hope that the FFC overturns yesterdays judgement would have to be pretty slim..
