Well perhaps you could think through the question a bit yourself.

CTP have said that an EPT will take 6-12 months.

Do you think they'd keep testing for that long if they had the answers? No.

They will test as long as they need to be as certain as they can be of the results.

That will take 6 - 12 months.

Of course CB doesn't know more than that, no one does.

Can CTP makes some good guesses with the information they currently have? Sure. Can they make the best possible guess? No, that's why they are required to do further testing to get external recognition of their results.

When will we know? 6 - 12 months.
