So the 8 handfuls that went through the sieve would weigh 146 x 2 x 8 = 2336 g = 2.336kg = 0.002336 tonnes

So estimate the grade of the material put through the sieve (based only on the visible fraction of the gold in the pan) to be

=0.654469g/0.002336t = 280g/t

You would have to add more for the gold that escaped through the sieve and the gold that can't be seen. So for the 4m in the interval between 12 and 17m in hole DMRC003 I'll estimate a grade of 290g/t.
