The stock was trading under 10c in the lead up to this bid... you blokes can tell yourselves whatever you want but 20c would be a gift. You talk about "RC" like he is some savior sent down from penny stock heaven, he owns a meaningless 632k shares in the company.On the other hand, he does pay himself quite well with A$650k cash and A$1.5m in share based payments a year...not bad for a bloke who has guided thew stock down around 75% since he joined. Total executive remuneration hits around A$5m a year... which is around 10% of the pre-bid market cap...nice scam.
Believe the hype and the story telling if you want...But if he truly believed in the story, don't you think he would have far more skin in the game?
