We are getting very close to PFS time. I'm expecting the results to be announced in conjunction with the AGM on Thursday, but regardless we should see something within 2-3 weeks. It has got me thinking - what are we expecting? Closest to the pin gets useless bragging rights....I'm thinking:
Grade: 2.5g/t (approx 96,000 ounces per annum)
Cash cost: $925/ounce
All in sustaining cost: $1110/ounce
This would result in approximately $550 per ounce profit at current gold price...equating to roughly $52 million per annum. That is around 28 cents per share. On a 8x PE ratio this would result in a share price of $2.24. Not too shabby...
Any thoughts, alternative scenarios?
